Being on a Pedestal

When on a pedestal you only SEE; You would only FEEL when you come down.

           When you put yourself atop your subjects, you would never really know how they feel - that if you care. Getting to know the people you work with is very important. Learn to respect them so that they would see you as someone worth respecting. When that happens, relationship becomes stronger.
