Just because you see me on the same spot each year.
Doesn't mean I have not grown an inch.
Remember that no tree has ver walked the earth.
Yet it has reached certain heights and has borne fruits.
We tend to judge people because of where they are and what their positions are. We judge them because they have not passed our basis of growth or success. I mean, seriously, who made you the "success meter"?
People must be judged (if there need be) according to how well they play their roles and not just because of their position. We have roles to play and the question should be, "How well have we played each one of them?".
